Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, IT, medical, business intelligence, finance, and external vendors, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance. Monitored project progress and status, maintained detailed project documentation, and provided regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and transparency. Worked with external vendors to develop and test virtual materials, ensuring user friendliness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
