HR-trainee

Search & Selection is een adviesbureau voor rekrutering en selectie in Gent. Tijdens deze stage had ik de mogelijkheid om me te verdiepen in de wereld van rekrutering en selectie. Op vlak van rekrutering kreeg ik de kans om te werken aan een aantal search acties (o.a. via LinkedIn). In het gedeelte van selectie zorgde ik voor ondersteuning bij de afname van assessment en development centers, zowel bij privé- als overheidsprocedures. Ook zorgde ik voor de administratieve opvolging van de projecten en heb ik ervaring bij het schrijven van competentierapporten.
