ITU is the United Nations specialized agency for information and communication technologies (ICTs). My main responsibility is to assist the head of the ITU Office for Europe in implementing the Office's strategic goal on digital inclusion and accessibility. Scope of works: - Led and monitored the Office's projects (e.g., annual conferences, regional competition, national study, regional assessment) in ICT Accessibility. - Designed and drafted concept notes for new projects in digital inclusion. - Liaised with various stakeholders such as ICT ministries, national regulatory authorities, private sectors, civil society, and academic institutions. - Conducted desk research, stakeholder mapping, and data analysis for internal use.

PREMIUM is an excellence programme for talented Master students, aiming to prepare soon-to-be-graduating students for the fast-approaching job market. Participating students complete a project for a client in interdisciplinary teams, attend workshops, and work on personal and professional development in an individual competence coaching trajectory. Client: Institute of Data Science Project scope: designing an innovative way to measure the impact of “Women in Data Science Conference”, proposing and designing follow up events and activities to foster the further growth of a diverse and interdisciplinary Data Science Community at Maastricht University. Scope of works: - Established and monitored the full project plans; - Designed an evaluation survey and Key Performance Indicators Index for IDS diversity events; - Conducted semi-structured interviews with more than 20 respondents from various stakeholders; - Co-authored final report.

Research Consultant - Innovation for Indonesia's School Children (INOVASI)

INOVASI is a partnership program between the Australian and Indonesian Governments that aims to improve literacy and numeracy performance of early school children in the Eastern Indonesian provinces. My main responsibility is to provide research support for the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) Team in conducting impact evaluations of the program. Scope of works: - Collated, curated, and maintained a socio-economic database of children from 1,011 schools in 17 pilot districts; - Constructed a central data-management system of key outcome indicators for each program; - Provided quantitative analysis to baseline and follow-up reports of the project. Specialities: data management, data analysis, report writing, impact evaluation research.

Research Intern - Innovation for Indonesia's School Children (INOVASI)

INOVASI is a partnership program between the Australian and Indonesian Governments that aims to improve literacy and numeracy performance of early school children in the Eastern Indonesian provinces. Scope of works: - Prepared literature reviews related to the quality of teaching group activities and the impact on students’ performance in Indonesia; - Verified and cleaned primary data obtained from classroom observation conducted in West Nusa Tenggara to make it suitable for STATA program; - Assessed the quality of approximately 40 existing studies on primary students’ achievement in literacy and numeracy to conduct a meta-analysis report.
