In charge of the technical management of harbor tugs with Argentine flag. • Responsibilities:  Monitoring and maintaining fleet marine operational status complying HSQE procedures, statutory and class requirements.  Establishing an annual budget for running costs and drydocking  Preparing monthly forecasts of the technical costs  Monitoring annual Planned Maintenance System compliance.  Attending dry docking inspections complying with local coastguard and class requirements, providing daily reports of tasks and costs.  Coordination of all job orders onboard and purchase approval of technical costs (lubes, stores, spare parts, maintenance & repair, class&surveys, upgradings) and food supplies  Permanent contact with vessels personnel: Captains and Chief Engineers  Travels when required and frequent visits to vessels.  Senior Key user and part of the implementation team for Sertica Procurement & Maintenance System
