Assistant Director - SPA 2 - Project Based Housing

Supervise team of program managers, clinicians, and case managers at multiple project-based housing sites across the San Fernando Valley region: Facilitate weekly team meetings and case consultations to ensure housing retention for 200+ Permanent Supportive Housing units, including individuals, families, and seniors. Manage housing inventory and applications for each project-based housing site, in collaboration with city and county government stakeholders. Co-lead The People Concern's Jewish Employee Standing in Solidarity Group, including facilitating monthly agency-wide meetings for employees at all levels of the organization.

Provide psychoeducation to families on community resources, including transportation, healthcare enrollment and financial assistance. Assist clients with permanent supportive housing applications and liaison with property management and leasing agents.
