Assistant Director - SPA 2 - Project Based Housing

Supervise team of program managers, clinicians, and case managers at multiple project-based housing sites across the San Fernando Valley region: Facilitate weekly team meetings and case consultations to ensure housing retention for 200+ Permanent Supportive Housing units, including individuals, families, and seniors. Manage housing inventory and applications for each project-based housing site, in collaboration with city and county government stakeholders. Co-lead The People Concern's Jewish Employee Standing in Solidarity Group, including facilitating monthly agency-wide meetings for employees at all levels of the organization.
