During my Internship, I was responsible for writing reusable, testable, and efficient code. I was working on developing an internal application for State Street employees, which was used as a database for further analysis of investment funds. I also wrote unit tests for functions in the code and amended the GUI application.

I was responsible for the monthly analysis of revenues and checking with which companies the French insurer – April Caraibes has established cooperation. I was working in a young, rapidly growing company in which I was part of a well-organized group. My responsibilities were creating analyses in excel, creating pivot tables and charts, which are later sent to the board, and providing email support to customers of clinics and hospitals. This work has taught me how to process data, communicate with clients and perform cyclical tasks.

The main goal of my internship was to help the R&D division work more efficiently. My biggest accomplishment was helping in lunch the new database and correct all mistakes which I found inside it. My other responsibilities included preparing rapports of outcomes and incomes of the company and practicing statistical models with hole group. During this internship I learned about creating models in R, preparing rapports, and correcting databases. Also, I have developed my teamwork, efficiency, and organization skills.
