Sales and Operations Analyst

• Partnered with sales team and used historical company sales data to make dashboard, weekly sales goals to plan marketing strategies (ex: pricing, promotions). • Extracted data from QuickBooks and used macros, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables to cleanse and transform data that improved analysis efficiency of customer history data for inventory management. • Initiated a project in which the historical data that were cleansed and transformed were analyzed to make custom brochures for each customer which increased total sales by 20% within 3 months. • Coordinated with import and compliance manager to operate the company’s google spreadsheet for shipments and ensured clean data through use of conditional formatting, duplicate removal, data validation and filtering ensuring 100% timely delivery of large shipment of product.
