Responsible for ensuring delivery of development work from PODs (multiple scrum teams) As a delivery lead, engage with PO (Product Owner), BAs (Business Analyst), and Architects. Liaise with Client Delivery Lead and PO to plan features potential roll out based off Business priorities. Work with Scrum Masters to review POD backlogs readiness and plan for refinement/elaborations to forecast 2-4 sprint worth backlog readiness Work with internal and external leadership teams to improvise processes, proper capacity utilization and plan to deliver more business values Facilitate scrum ceremonies and ensure team is delivering as per defined DOD for one of the PODs Defect Management, Resolution Tracking Manage customer relation with various stakeholders Co-ordinate and work with Leadership team to identify Risks, dependencies, issues daily to ensure all the stakeholders are informed on any slippages on the schedule.
