-I led the largest Brazilian drug-driving study evaluating the accuracy of medical devices for roadside drug screening. -Managed a multi-site research project involving 10 study sites by coordinating a team of 11 researchers. -Trained over 200 people to collect data and subject recruitment of nearly 9,000 participants. -I focused on clear communication, appropriate protocol training, delegating tasks effectively, and making sure everyone felt comfortable working together. -Implemented logistical strategies to ensure timely procurement of materials and biological samples. -With my in-depth understanding of Brazilian Good Clinical Practices (GCP) guidelines, which incorporate GCP-ICH E6 guideline (R2), I set the standards for ensuring ethical conduct throughout the study. -I supervised the development of study standard operating protocols (SOP) for samples testing and collection and guidelines for data acquisition using a secure electronic data capture system (RedCap). -Prepared reports and grant and regulatory documents.
