As a continuation of my previous role, • Review title for proposed wells and recommend curative items, then review completed curative to ensure it satisfies title requirements and business risk profiles. • Draw, review, and declare oil and gas production units in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, including reviewing all leases in unit for compliance with lease terms, ownership review and determination. • Calculate ownership interests in unit and provide first draft NRI numbers to Division Order team. • Leveraged IT/technical background and legal experience to serve as subject matter expert for Title department during Salesforce business process implementation, covering multiple facets of the oil and gas land process including title review, title tracking, curative issuing/review, well review, unitization, and division order.
