Managed 5 product lines: - Data & Analytics Platform - SaaS platform for self-service analytics (data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization ) as well as the home for all of Eka's applications. - Procurement - Focusing on problem areas in procurement for manufacturing and CPG companies - Risk - Includes products related to financial risks such as market risk (Value at Risk), Option Valuation, and simulation (simulating market scenarios and price movements). - Mobile - Managing Eka's iOS and Android apps - Connect - Eka Connect suite of products allow different players in commodity markets such as farmers and suppliers to traders and customers come together on a single platform and exchange information. This was done through a combination of web based portals and mobile UI. Key Responsibilities: o Defining the product strategy, target market, customer segment and product goals o Owning and managing Product Roadmap & Backlog management o Leading and owning solution documents and artifacts o Working with Design team on product design, wireframes and prototypes o Manage development and release of the product working with Engineering & QA Teams o Manage go-to-market strategy and communication working with the marketing team o Engaging with internal and external stakeholders ranging from top management to prospects/clients regarding all aspects of the product. o Managing and mentoring Product Owners on Product Management as well as on business. In this role, I worked closely with the CEO and CTO on product strategy, user engagement strategy, product roadmap prioritization as well as product pricing.
