* Developed a vehicle buyback model to predict whether or not a particular VIN would go for potential buyback which resulted in 20% of early catch of potential buyback VIN * Performed text classification on customer call center data and top 5 important features were incorporated in the final buyback model which helped to increase the desired metrics which resulted in increase of the potential buyback VIN catch rate * Built an automated system to forecast monthly claim cost of service contracts which helped business customers to accurately budget their quarterly expenses * Executed both descriptive and inferential ad hoc requests for business customers to analyze the driver behaviour, number of repeat repairs etc during pre and post pandemic * Worked alongside product manager to construct a query to identify the number of VINS that was flagged as potential buyback VIN which in turn go for an actual buyback process and reported the catch rate to business * Worked on migrating Machine learning pipeline from on-premise server to AWS leveraging different AWS services
