Engineer I

DPWH Sarangani DEO Resident Engineer. Assigned to assist the project engineer in preparing technical documents and project supervision for multiple projects. This includes: 》Review plans and specifications of each project assigned. 》Conduct site inspection and issue instruction reports to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure contractor compliance. 》Estimate quantity of items presented in the contract and plan. 》Prepare Project Profile and validating Project Schedule (PERT-CPM, PDM) using Microsoft Excel. 》Prepare and present monthly project executive summary highlighting contractual data and comparing actual accomplishments to the planned schedule. 》Prepare and check variation orders, contract time extensions, work suspension/resumption orders and progress billings. 》Manage contracts effectively by validating and ensuring data consistency. 》Organize courtesy call meetings with project stakeholders such as local government units (LGUs), for every project assigned. 》Maintain updated project logbook on site to record daily activities, manpower and equipment, weather, etc. during the project duration.
