- Hold responsibility over Global Demand Planning Responsibilities and Reporting & KPIs Management for the entire Diagnostics Division – i.e., portfolio comprised by 2,000+ SKUs and entailing a total yearly revenue of €700M+ - Planned future requirements by using advanced and automated statistical methodologies – i.e., double/triple exponential smoothing and ratios upon complementary products usage – improving forecast accuracy by ~20pp on critical product lines - Created the cornerstone Planning Tool to be used across departments in the new IBP project that – through technical literacy such as Excel VBA and advanced formulas – enables an optimal planning exercise both of volumes and revenue of the planning portfolio - Reduced the monthly planning exercise lead-time for all regional planners by 50% and enhanced said process by providing new sources of information to planners – e.g., Commercial and Financial inputs
