-Awarded Globalfoundries best NPI (New Product Introduction) ramp with >50k wafers ship in 8 months while maintaining an excellent average yield of 98%. -Conducted Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drove Yield Improvement Project by achieving a 23% (75% to 98%) yield improvement in a span of 3 months. -Product Engineering (PE) Champion for data analytic software migration from Klarity ACE to SHINY (in-house). Involved in features development and improvement project, BETA testing, and bugs/error reduction. -PE Champion for Automation Projects using JMP Scripting (JSL). Successfully created over 10 scipts that improve the efficiency of the team.

Yield Enhancement Engineer

-Successfully completed a major improvement project that improve the efficiency of FAB production. Achieved total cost-saving of 15.4k USD/month and move gain of 3000 wafer/ day enabling 58% of copper-dedicated process tools to mix-run with aluminium-based products. -Awarded the Spotlight Award for successful ramp-up on a 180nm RF product. Successfully reached a shipment milestone of 38.4k wafers with an excellent yield of >99%, resulting in the customer signing a 3rd product with the company.
