Leading governance and delivery support for technology integration programme of Liberty Global’s (LG) European assets, post Vodafone’s €18.4bn acquisition of LG and during period of centralisation - Operating across 3 business areas, 14 countries and 2 senior executives’ areas; establishing governance for financial, legal, governance, procurement and technology workstreams - Acting as 1 of 5 managers across programme: forecast to deliver value creation of €6bn in capex synergies and €1.5bn in revenue synergies, underpinned by service extension/change - Managing indirect reports across subworkstreams; engaging with group and country level stakeholders, such as technical engineers, software developers, commercial/technology directors, to oversee project delivery for fixed network and mobile offers across 12 countries - Mapping integration projects against Vodafone & LG’s transitional service agreement, identifying inconsistencies and communicating service changes to operating companies - Ensuring delivery of KPIs: resolving legal/contractual and commercial issues, managing project costs and governance decks, and meeting target of completion ahead of forecast
