Client Report Analyst

As a Client Report Analyst at MFO, I was responsible for analyzing processes in search of opportunities for improvement through automation. My responsibilities included data processing using SQL, Power Query and Python, as well as process automation using low-code platforms such as Uipath and Power Automate or Python. As part of the Quality Data Science team, I supported other business areas in visualizing their data. In addition, I was directly linked to the Strategic Planning area, where projects to be implemented throughout the company arise.

Service Operations Analyst

As a Service Operations Analyst, I was responsible for monitoring legal cases in the Service area, with a focus on real cause analysis and the creation of action plans. My responsibilities included analyzing legal costs, calculating variable payments for assistance according to performance and financial metrics monitoring, and creating dashboards and training the team to work with BI tools. During my time monitoring legal escalations, I was able to create Dashboards that identified the main causes that led consumers to take legal action. By creating and implementing focused plans with our suppliers, we were able to reduce legal escalations. In addition, by doing a financial impact analysis to decide our warranty policies, I was able to reduce the average cost of the case.

Internship within the Service area of Motorola. • Monitoring of area indicators for Brazil and Europe; • Organization of events and relationship with suppliers; • Statistical analysis of consumer satisfaction surveys using data analytics techniques; I created a metric that measures the cost-benefit ratio of the supplier’s services and the quality of the service provided to customers. By using this KPI, we created an incentive plan to pay a success fee to our suppliers. This KPI is still in use and is the main strategic KPI in Service Operation.
