Global Operations Director

I was promoted to Global head of operations for the expanding Smart Insider. During this time, I oversaw significant strategic projects: • Led the merger of Directors Deals and Smart Insider. • Established & built new research teams in Lahore, Kiev & Bogota. • Produced detailed specifications to deliver new data to clients, both via HTML emailed reports, Crystal built PDFs and re-designing the client web interface.
