Client: Leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in the Philippines (continuous maintenance and development) - Maintaining their Splunk environment as part of their business intelligence system - Created multiple dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales and compliance across all branches nationwide - Ensured data is always being ingested on a regular basis to their data lake platform and provided regular insights - Performed troubleshooting, checking server logs, and querying SQL databases - Performed data archiving from Splunk (transferring data into frozen buckets) to AWS S3 bucket - Collaborated with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient data delivery to support the client’s objectives Multiple Clients/Stakeholders: (Food Processing, Retail, Insurance, Logistics, and Telco Industries) - Worked as an implementation and sales engineer, contributing to the company’s business processes including technical and sales aspects - Effectively handled and deployed ManageEngine Endpoint Central, a unified endpoint management tool, which was one of the main IT solutions offered by the company - Assisted clients with the deployment of Endpoint Central and other IT solutions offered by the company - Led product presentations and helped stakeholders with their POCs (proofs- of-concept) when introducing the product for the first time, most of them eventually becoming our clients - Provided knowledge transfers and after-sales support to clients once the solution is fully deployed and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
