°Collected, analyzed and integrated human RNAseq and ATACseq data of control and schizophrenia cases, in order to define a set of candidate genes for a single-cell CRISPRi screen. °Analyzed the expression of repeat elements in in-vitro human neurons after ectopic stimulation. °Collaborated with other group members to perform differential gene expression, differential chromatin binding and differential repeat element expression analysis.
