Corporate Data Audit Manager

• Lead the corporate data audit plan to evaluate design and effectiveness of the Data Governance process controls. Define and oversees 30+ audits per year. • Developed a hybrid MDM framework to support the Data Governance audit plan for all Falabella's business units. • Conduct self-assessments to determine the company maturity in regards to data. • Lead the development of the corporate datalake for Internal Audit area using Google Cloud Platform. • Lead Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives that use Generative AI to assist auditors with creative content for their workflow. Developed an AI assistant called 'iAuditor'.

• Setup Tiaxa’s Business Intelligence area from scratch by acquiring system and infrastructure components, analytical and business intelligence tools, and hiring and training professionals required. • Led development of customer segmentations and credit scoring algorithms for Tiaxa’s LATAM and EMEA operations, and Mobile Financial Services (MFS) in Africa. I managed a team of 5 staff members. • Designed and implemented Tiaxa’s Enterprise Data Warehouse to manage over 50M total users and 50B transactions. • Worked for the CEO, CFO and managers by providing insights and customer knowledge to them in order to maximize revenue and reduce customer defection. I helped to increase regional revenue by 20% and significantly decreased bad debt. • Conducted experimental research under market controlled environments to get insights for business optimization and performance tuning.

• Led development of predictive models to generate business actions and marketing campaigns for acquisition, retention, up and cross selling, which achieved effectiveness around 30%. • Responsible for developing and deploying the Telefonica Chile customer segmentation for 1MM land lines clients. I managed a team of 5 staff members • Involved in exploratory research, predictive models and customer segmentation for leveling and lifting Telefonica LATAM data analysis strategies.
