Tax & Data Analyst

Extraction of SAP data and creation of custom tables with SQL in Hana Studio, providing fast access to information for the project team, helping them with analysis and decision-making; I was responsible for data extraction, presentation, and coordination of projects. Using tools such as Selects, Power BI and VBA, I have reduced over 5.000 hours of manual tasks per year; Support in the TDF Project Implementation on SAP, acting as responsible for data analysis regarding system errors and solutions, keeping project managers and coordinators updated on a daily basis.

Jr Tax Analyst

I was an SAP Key User for MM and SD modules, responsible for the maintenance of more than 10 tax parameters tables while acting as the focal point between the system consultants and the tax team, to develop and improve current transactions and operations, reducing errors during tax calculations and, consequently, reducing hours of manual corrections; Responsible for more than 50 improvements on SAP, focusing on solving problems on the root cause, and in the meantime providing workarounds to mitigate the damage; I worked as the focal point for other SAP Key Users regarding tax parameters and transactions, participating in projects and implementations related to SAP of acquired companies, providing them with tests in the Quality Server, to guarantee that each parameter is working as intended, also helping them with specific tasks related to new operations.

I was responsible for tax calculation of municipal withholding taxes for more than 50% of the current branches, helping the SAP users allocated in each branch with invoice registration; Constant support to the federal withholding taxes team regarding their high volume of tickets; I created over 10 VBA scripts for the tax team, reducing more than 400 hours of manual tasks over a year.

Active support during audit jobs, keeping the responsibility of tax calculations and ancillary obligations revisions while keeping contact with the audit team and the clients, regarding the scope of the job and documents requested; Full support in specific jobs about ancillary obligations, with scopes such as credits revision, mass documents corrections, and government's plans to reduce interests, keeping eye on tight deadlines and acting as a point of communication for clients and the team; Improvements of the in-house system with the technology team, regarding new modules and reports.
