Worked in a variety of medical support roles in positions ranging from Laboratory Assistant to Ward Supervisor to Senior Line Medic and Medical Sergeant in units ranging from Combat Support Hospitals (Level II+) to Engineering Companies and Infantry Battalions. Privileged to have served two combat tours to Iraq (2007-2009, 2010-2011) in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn. During my time in service, - I served as a Section Leader of up to 5 servicemembers; - served as an interim Platoon Sergeant for 28 servicemembers; - led mission planning for medical missions, including logistics and threat analysis; - and maintained multiple certifications for myself and my Soldiers (NREMT, BLS, BRM, TCCC, and more); - organized and administered continuing education and certifications courses for Company-level groups.
