Marketing Coordinator

Managed and developed an innovative online web portal, website and marketing strategy for student engagement. The initiative resulted in unprecedented community engagement, with growth of more than 1200% (6000 students) over two years. This system was recognized by the Canadian Association of College and University Student Services (CACUSS) as an industry leader. •Developed and implemented an integrated social media strategy which saw over 200% (1500 likes) growth on Facebook and over 150% (400 followers) growth on Twitter over two years. •Revamped and implemented a previously unsuccessful awards program aimed at recognizing community involvement. The renewed program catered over 200 distinguished guests and community members and was recognized by senior management as the most inspirational event of the year.

Douglas College Campus Life & Athletics | Sep 2011 - Sep 2013

Post Production Designer

Planned and executed a radical marketing campaign for the 2012 Men’s Soccer National Tournament by Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA). The campaign generated record-breaking viewership during the web streams of the championship games (11,000 total Ustream views) and was recognized by CCAA as best practice across the country. •Scripted, filmed and produced a series of promotional videos aimed at increasing the brand awareness as well as the viewership of the tournament. The “Make It Happen” videos generated over 7,000 views from various social media channels as well as the web streams of the game. •Designed and published numerous communication pieces including event signage, sponsorship brochures and posters using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
