Wyoming Business Council | Jun 2013 - Jan 2017

Senior Salesforce Administrator

Senior Salesforce Administrator for the Wyoming Business Council, Wyoming Office of Tourism, and the University of Wyoming—Manufacturing Works. I worked directly with C level executives to develop strategies for improvement of business processes and capturing performance measurements. In this capacity, I oversaw and managed other Salesforce Administrators within each organization and was responsible for the daily administration of Salesforce and related applications for each agency. Administration included, but was not limited to managing user setup, profiles, roles, custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, reports and dashboards, workflows and triggers, Apex and Visualforce, training users, implementing protocols, providing technical assistance, configuring improvements, developing solutions, building, testing, and deploying change sets. Project Specialist

I worked with local and state government officials, and those of neighboring states, to develop and implement multi-state and multi-region projects that ultimately benefit the state of Wyoming’s economy, communities, and residents. I provided leadership to the Regional Field Offices across the state with project development, data analytics, strategic relationship development, team building, and project management. The political nature of the job was challenging at times but the overall impacts the projects had on the community made this position very rewarding. In 2010, I was honored to present one of our many project success stories at the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment conference.
