Launch is a nonprofit organization that has been providing preschool and after- school programs at 12 sites across the greater Seattle area for over 40 years, with a focus on providing access to high-quality and affordable programs. As the Operations Manager, I was responsible for ensuring operational success within varying levels of the organization, from overall program enrollment to the creation, maintenance, and analysis of client data for the agency. • Supervised the Enrollment Coordinator and optimized online enrollment processes for preschool and after-school programs, summer camps, and day camps during the school year. • Analyzed agency demographic, enrollment, survey, and outcome data, including trends and areas of growth, to assist the Director of Operations with decisions at the operational and executive levels. • Engaged with families in need of financial aid through the Launch Tuition Assistance program, connected families to alternative funding partners, and assisted in the application process for city and state subsidies to ensure equitable access for all families. • Acquired consistent funding for the agency while assisting the Training and Compliance Director with monthly meal reporting analysis, reporting corrections, and general compliance for the agency’s participation in the Child and Adult Care Food Program. • Trained staff on proper enrollment, financial aid, and meal reporting procedures.
