Data Manager / Data Analyst / Partner

For Inzights, I help our clients obtain clear and actionable information about their customers. This is accomplished by collaborating closely with them to gain a deeper understanding of their desires and requirements. My main responsibilities are overseeing both small-scale ad hoc surveys and large, multi-year, complex tracking surveys. Survey includes customer satisfaction, mapping of target groups, prioritization of selection criteria and messages, reduction of churn and estimation of potential and market shares. I manage the complete cycle of data processing. Starting with data collection, processing, statistical analysis, and ending with reporting. I have enjoyed years of close collaboration with several large multinational corporations. I ensure that quality is maintained throughout the entire data processing cycle. This is primarily achieved through automation and scripting, ensuring that there are as few areas as possible where human errors can be introduced. This, combined with proper data due diligence, ensures that any errors are avoided. The tooling utilized by Inzights to automatically process questionnaires and generate reports was developed by myself. Never shying away from working with other types of data means that I have managed data from a lot of sources, such as customer profiles, payroll, accounting, sales, and more. I have enabled Inzights to create reports and dashboards in Power BI using DAX and Power Query M. I am proficient in data processing with SPSS, R, Excel, KNIME, Power Query, Python, and SQL. Anything I can get my hands on, I will automate. Using Power Automate, VBA, KNIME, SPSS, R, JavaScript, Python, SQL, or anything else I need to learn to complete a task. I have taught Excel, SPSS syntax, and automating data handling.

• Consumer and FMCG research. • Handled Nielsen Retail Scanner Data. • I did data processing on a multi-year project for a client. Here I was responsible for the integration of market research and scanner data into SAP. The objective was to integrate this information with internal data to generate dashboards and reports.
