IT Consultant / Senior Technical UKG Business Analyst | Information Communications Technology

As a Lead Business Analyst with strong data and system capabilities, my role entailed leading workshops with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and overseeing the implementation of the UKG Workforce Dimensions solution. I was responsible for collecting, validating, and documenting business and technology requirements, as well as developing use-cases for rostering in Residential Aged Care. Additionally, I provided support for data migration and played a crucial role in data modeling and pipeline development activities. I successfully delivered the UKG solution within a significantly shorter timeframe, defined data pipeline requirements on the Google Cloud Platform, and led the migration of payroll processes. My role has led to drive efficient and accurate data management while achieving business objectives. Core Responsibilities: • Led workshops with Business Leaders, Engineers, and key stakeholders to gather requirements for workforce management. • Managed the elaboration process for the building and implementation processes with individual customers that would use UKG Workforce Dimensions. • Collected, validated, communicated, and documented business and technology requirements. • Process Mapping • Developed, validated, and refined use-cases for rostering across Residential Aged Care. • Support the implementation and data migration from the existing workforce system into UKG. Projects Delivered: • Delivered UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD) solution in 8 months. Short delivery timeframe compared to a usual 18-month delivery timeline. • Development of requirements for Data Pipelines Google Cloud Platform - BigQuery into Snowflake and PowerBI for UKG Data Hub. • Defined the migration of Payroll from Single Touch Payroll phase 1 to phase 2. • Data Remediation on HRIS – employees with multiple positions; police checks.

Lead Business Analyst (Product Management) (Associate Director) | Banker Digital Experience

As a highly successful Lead Business Analyst and aspiring Product Owner, I drove significant value by leading the design and delivery of eKYC (Electronic Know your Customer) solutions into ANZ's Online Application process as part of the KYC Transformation Program from April 2021 to March 2022. My expertise in designing the individual customer onboarding experience was instrumental in the successful implementation of eKYC. Core Responsibilities: • Act as the "Onshore" Product Owner and Product Manager for Online Sales eKYC • Scrum Master / Delivery Lead • Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements for Biometric verification implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. • Manage implementation processes for customers using the new Biometric solution to ensure efficiency. • Provide support and guidance to Journey Experts in the portfolio. • Collect, validate, communicate, and document business and technology requirements. • Develop and refine use-cases for Biometric Validation, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. • Identify and manage risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop project plans and timelines, monitor project progress, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers. Core Responsibilities: • Manage wellbeing data and analysis to provide valuable insights into the organization's overall wellbeing. • Chair Governance Forums for Wellbeing, Safety, and Employee Relations to provide oversight and guidance on critical risks and ensure compliance with regulations and policies. • Report and manage risks to the C-Suite and Board to ensure effective decision-making. • Lead SaaS implementations, develop and support End User Developed Tools, and incorporate HR data sources to improve employee wellbeing and provide insights into key business metrics. • People Leader • Scrum Master Key Achievements: • Developed an induction web application for contractors and visitors in Australia Geography, reducing average induction time from 10 to 3 minutes per visitor, resulting in a streamlined induction process for over 50,000 visitors per year across 600 branches. • Implemented a Procure-to-Pay model for ANZ Workers Compensation using SharePoint, Nintex Automation, HTML/CSS/JavaScript technologies, resulting in a reduction in manual effort by more than 1.7 FTEs, saving around $153K per year. Over a 3-year period, the platform processed over $6 million dollars of payments. • Implemented training for Data Analysts in Intermediate-Advanced Excel, PowerBI, PowerQuery, and Statistical Analysis.

Workforce and Systems Manager | Project Delivery

Based in Docklands (VIC), I am responsible for the development, management of Information Systems and Models for the Australia Division Project Delivery - Strategic People Management. Since being seconded into the role since June 2017, I have developed and updated platforms, reporting for Strategic People Management as well as migrating data into Portfolio Project Management (PPM) from legacy workforce tools. Also during this time I had supported the wider People Strategic People Management team, in building Databases/ Servers to support the employee feedback process, and a comprehensive people reporting database to support workforce decisions. Core Responsibilities: • Maintained and enhanced the existing reporting solutions. • Migrated manual workforce plans into Portfolio and Project Management. • Rebalanced baseline workforce maps to enable the augmentation of resources across projects based on demand. • Scrum Master Key Achievements: • Developed Reporting tool in QlikView, combining multiple sources, including workforce allocation, workforce availability and HR employee data which resulted in a reduction of 40 hours each month in workforce reallocation. • Developed feedback collection tool via excel and SQL server for end-of-year performance reviews and ranking.

Well Managed Program MIS Manager | Retail Assurance

Based in Docklands (VIC), I am responsible for the development, management of Information Systems and Models for the Well Managed Program. I was also responsible for these whilst undertaking the Assurance Manager role. Other attributes include collaborating and influencing Senior Managers, Managers and Staff of their Well Managed standing and provides analyses of improvements to their well-managed responsibilities. Key Responsibilities • Complete Well Managed audits on branches in WA • Manage the Data Environment for Branch Audits • Data Exploration of Well Managed results to identify systemic trends and opportunities for process improvement • Regular reporting to senior managers and risk committees • Develop and maintain tools to assist in the management compliance in branches and the effective execution of Well Managed audits. Key Achievements • Developed frontend tools for Auditors that helped reduce the time to complete a review by 50%. This assisted the Well Managed Program to reduce FTE by three people saving and estimate of $250k per year. • Reviewed and developed tools for Bankers to keep track of their ongoing compliance activities, whether weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual tasks. • Developed a predictive analytics model to identify whether a branch/site will pass or fail a branch audit. Data sources included compliance, sales, and HR metrics. The model proved to being highly accurate. • Developed all frontend tools using Excel and SharePoint and developed an SQL Server backend to hold the data and to serve both as a reporting repository, data warehouse and application store for multiple years. There were SSIS packages developed and deployed on Integration servers to ingest data for the predictive data model. The SQL Server included scripts to refresh and generate reporting overnight.
