Italian Army | Jan 1995 - Apr 1997

Army officer

During my military service as an Army Officer in the Italian Army, I had the opportunity to attend the 158th AUC course at the prestigious Alpine Military School (SMALP) in Aosta. This experience, being my first in a professional setting, was a pivotal step in my personal and professional development. There, I learned and deeply understood the sense of duty, realizing that every decision and action has repercussions far beyond the individual. The sense of belonging, being part of a larger entity and contributing to its success, became a value I carried with me in every subsequent professional endeavor. I also gained a critical awareness of the importance of teamwork. I understood that, regardless of individual skills, we can achieve the most ambitious goals only through collaboration, mutual trust, and shared dedication. These lessons, learned in situations of high responsibility and pressure, were crucial in my growth and laid the groundwork for my future career.
