Supported Oneida Nation with switch from RPMS (Government software provided to Indian Health Centers) to NextGen (electronic Health Record). Had to orient myself to RPMS so that I understood what we had for data and learn everything about NextGen so that we could make the move and not be missing anything. I became a NextGen Certified and was able to get all users trained, connected NextGen with multiple interfaces. And worked with Indian Health Services so that we would be able to do our yearly reports (GPRA) and keep in good standings.

I worked with many clients in many situations. I also did R&D for various Government contracts. I supported our clients in upgrades in their industry software. Learned our clients softwares so that I could be their backup trainer. Created dynamic websites using SQL/PHP. Did some work in Java as well.
