Business Analyst

Braven is a workforce development organization with the largest private national dataset of student post-undergraduate employment outcomes. • Recommended new key metrics to senior leadership based on business objectives and industry research, which led to the adoption of three KPIs and strategic priorities • Overhauled customer engagement metrics and built SQL data pipelines and Tableau dashboard based on stakeholder feedback, which helped increase customer satisfaction by 11 points

• Analyzed customer data with Python and presented actionable insights to product and marketing teams, which led to a 25% increase in conversion rate over two program cycles • Designed success metrics and implemented A/B test on jobs referral service with product managers and designers, which doubled the number of active users quarter-over-quarter

TeacherPrints is a machine learning-based personalized instructional coaching app. • Contributed to audio dataset and researched a natural language understanding model that extracts learned concepts from classroom discourse between students and teachers • Designed Figma mock-ups of intuitive, interactive data visualization tools for educators

Princeton Linguistics Lab | Jan 2020 - Jan 2021

Research Assistant

Received the Senior Thesis Prize in Linguistics for an experimental research paper of publishable quality. • Led multivariate experiment, conducted regression analysis in R, and identified statistically significant effect of iconicity and language learning (advised by Prof Christianne Fellbaum) • Supported design of multivariate experiment (RCT) on word learning in children with autism and built the web browser experiment with JavaScript (under Prof Adele Goldberg)
