Stagiaire Data & Automatisation

During my internship as a Data Analyst in the Management Control department of the Projects subsidiary of the Orano Group, I had the opportunity to contribute to a project that was essential for the department. My role was to set up a centralized, automated process to make it easier for management controllers to monitor and analyze costs. To carry out these tasks, I had to : - Understand the manual transformations made by each employee - Identify forgotten costs so that they could be tagged and tracked - Clean up and complete the dataset using Microsoft's ETL: Power Query - Set up a relational data model on Power BI to optimize the performance of the subsequent report - Create relevant metrics and KPIs using the DAX language, on Power BI - Create a relevant report on Power BI These achievements not only strengthened my skills in data analysis, but also added real value to the company: - Improving the accuracy of financial data - Enabling more informed decision-making for management controllers - By speeding up report creation through automation This experience has been fundamental to my professional development, and I look forward to applying these skills to future projects.

I was recruited as a temporary employee, following my internship in February 2021, to complete the Excel file allowing the automatic collection of the data necessary to fill in the transfer diagram, tracing the path of raw materials in the production process until the finished product is obtained. Furthermore, I adapted this file to other production sites of Lhoist France Ouest. I explained the functioning of this file to the stakeholders who will use it. I have provided the instructions in writing, in a Word document, and in the form of short videos, in a PowerPoint document, in addition to the oral explanation
