Manage and lead numerous manufacturing and quality process operations at a high-quality aerospace manufacturing industry, which houses the production of Rolls-Royce Trent-XWB, Trent-1000, and TP400 HPC compressors. Serve as a vital member of a cross-disciplinary team of 25 personnel, working across a wide variety of production processes at the Rolls-Royce, Oberursel plant. Work to standardize non-conformance handling processes in a collaboration of engineering teams in Derby, Bristol, and Dahlewitz to streamline decision- making processes. Additionally, hold responsibility for analyzing non- conformance types for classification and reporting. » Utilize both SAP (ERP) and KANBAN board to create and track the quality notification process system. » Lead an e-Concession SAP/R3 training program for manufacturing, and design engineers (NCA). » Develop and present in-depth weekly and monthly analyses of non- conformance types to the Rolls-Royce management Team. » Reduced the number of non-conformance handling errors through the implementation of a Right First Time(RFT) quality-based system. » Optimize and developed non-conformance handling processes that decreased the average flow time by 60% » Achieved selection to serve as an e-Quality notification trainer and key user in 2014, tasked with organizing and providing training to Rolls-Royce, Germany employee.
