Player Development Analyst

Run reports using SAS and Excel to track hosted player gaming activity, KPIs, and high-level un-hosted players. Additionally, also responsible for creating dashboards using Excel Pivot Tables and Tableau to create visualizations that showcase overall team performance as well as individual host performance in establishing new credit lines, effective comp/free play usage, and hotel/off-site event during the department's weekly huddle.
