• Making sure customer and staff details are secure and protected. • Communicating with customers, guests, vendors and other organisations through official channels (usually email) about reports, orders, bookings, and arrangements. • Managing the flow of customers through the front gates, and creating systems that suitably handle the volume. • Communicating with staff throughout the festival, and providing initial and detailed information to both customers and staff, so requires a good general knowledge of festival and site. • The secure handling, management and delivery of wristbands. • Managing and creating spreadsheets and other associated documents. • The creation of a system that dictates which wristbands are allowed where, communicating this to security, and creating signs that make this clear across the site. • Handling situations under pressure when multiple individuals require multiple answers simultaneously. • Solid radio communication skills. • Lending a hand whenever required. • Working as a part of a large team.
