National Air Navigation Services Company | Feb 2016 - Present

Data Analyst | Aeronautical Information Officer

February 2016 – April 2016 October National Airport Training • Had a training on SQL to extract data from the database (PostgreSQL). • Had a training in using excel sheets and presenting the queried data in the excel sheet. • Achieved a 051 Basic Air Traffic Controller license • Achieved a 021 Basic Aeronautical Information Services license. April 2017 – January 2018 January 2022 - Present Cairo International Airport • Extracted number of aircraft arrivals and departures in each aerodrome per Day/Week/Month. Extracted data to CSV files, and after that used Python (Pandas – Matplotlib) libraries to make data visualization representation. • Was part of a team, who updated the aeronautical charts of Egypt’s Airspace on air traffic services system, was also part of a team that updated the company’s website to present the AIP of Egypt as pdf files. • Was part of a team, who updated the aeronautical charts of Egypt’s Airspace on air traffic services system. • Was part of a team responsible for publishing NOTAMs. January 2018 – April 2021 Sphinx International Airport • Was part of the first employees to be transferred to Sphinx International Airport and took part in establishing the agreements for civil services in the airport. • Was head of the team that established the agreements of the air traffic services office in the Main Airport Hall and set the requirements for the room. • Took part in setting the agreements with different air traffic services offices, and other team leaders within the airport, and the main Cairo Head Office. • Was part of a team, that analyzed and made forecasting of the number of passengers using the airport within a successful trail of 2 weeks.

• Was responsible of taking calls and answering emails, regarding IT problems. • Rated ‘Very Good’ with a certificate. • Rated ‘Exceeded Expectations’ because of the achievements gained during the training program.

• Answered calls from colleagues in the company and solved their IT problems, after which created trouble tickets with resolved result. • Was part of a team responsible for implementing an upgrade to the IT systems and due to the success of the initiative I received a “Thank You” email from the head of department.
