• Create and innovate new ways to monitor and report the work progress and the financial status for the running projects in an efficient, effective, and user- friendly way • Create time schedules for the running projects, monitor the progress, and investigate variances. • Provide planning and cost controlling support for all running projects which include variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc. • Analyze all expenses and relocate them on all direct or indirect items • Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring. • Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule. • Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of the projects. • Identify problems or opportunities that support the company’s projects and operations. • Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. • Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports with the use of a project management system. • Attend project meetings and discussions with the project management team and external clients. • Perform project costing-related reporting to the team and management’s review on a weekly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget. • Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal project management team as and when required. • Monitor the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts. • Review account totals related to project assets and expenses. • Report on project profitability to management.
