Python Full Stack Developer

As a Python Fullstack Intern at ITWorx, I had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of tasks and projects that enhanced my skills in full-stack development. My primary responsibilities included: Developing Features: Contributed to the creation of an Employee of the Month website, implementing key functionalities such as a voting system, nomination system, and admin dashboard. Backend Development: Utilized Python and FastAPI to build and maintain robust backend services, including login authentication and secure data handling. Frontend Development: Leveraged React, HTML, and CSS to design and develop user interfaces, ensuring an intuitive and responsive experience for end users. Database Management: Managed and interacted with PostgreSQL databases to support dynamic data requirements and optimize performance. Collaboration: Worked closely with team members to integrate various components of the application, participated in code reviews, and contributed to collaborative problem-solving sessions. Key Achievements: Successfully developed and deployed a comprehensive Employee of the Month system with functionalities for voting, nomination, and profile management. Gained hands-on experience with both frontend and backend technologies, enhancing my understanding of full-stack development. Big Data Instructor

Apache Spark Session (In-person): Delivered lectures on Resilient Distributed Datasets (RDDs), covering fault tolerance with Lineage Graph, transformations, actions, and wide vs. narrow transformations. Discussed data persistence (using persist and cache), shared variables (including Broadcast Variables and Accumulators), and data skew management techniques such as salting. Explored DataFrames and Datasets, highlighting their advantages over RDDs. MapReduce Techniques Session (Online): Presented advanced techniques including secondary sort, MapReduce joins (both reduce-side and map-side), and methods for joining multiple tables and keys in complex scenarios. Additional Contributions: Created educational resources: a Hadoop and Hive installation video tutorial, a Hive installation PDF tutorial, and a PDF tutorial on running MapReduce jobs. Provided support for Hadoop and Hive setup, running MapReduce jobs, and answered participant queries. Served as a judge for final projects, evaluating innovative solutions developed by participants. This role allowed me to share my expertise and help participants advance their Big Data skills while working with a dedicated team to deliver an impactful training experience.
