Zummit Africa | Feb 2023 - Present

Data Scientist Intern

Trained data for image recognition using alexnet and tested accuracy of the model to ensure there is not overfitting or underfitting. Improved on data wrangling, model development, exploratory data analysis and reporting. Improved on data cleaning while applying exploratory data analysis on datasets using python pandas library, which was further used for a forest tree analysis. Created a unit conversion system using tensorflow. Gained machine learning skills.
