• Devised and implemented a custom deep-learning software and used it to conduct morphometric analysis of mouse sciatic nerve cross-section. This method replaced manual analysis and saved time while preserving accuracy. • Conducted regular electrophysiological experiments on mice, and analyzed the results. • Performed tissue extraction, processing, image acquisition and analysis, specifically teased nerve fiber, electron microscopy, and immunohistochemistry. • Performed day to day laboratory tasks, such as genotyping, mouse colony management, drug preparation, etc.
