Internship/Master thesis

Work at the Center of New Technologies at the University of Warsaw on the project entitled "Phylogeography, genetic diversity and environment of elk occurrence in Eurasia in the late Pleistocene and Holocene" (project manager dr hab. Magdalena Niedziałkowska.) Bioinformatic analysis of obtained results from genome sequencing.

Internship

Work on the project "Unravelling gene regulatory networks governing cross talk between senescence and abiotic stress responses in plants." Research methods used: qPCR, rtPCR, PCR, colony PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, isolation (DNA, plasmid DNA, RNA), cDNA synthesis, Arabidopsis transformation, working with confocal microscope and using appropriate computer programs to analyze the results.
