-Automated Data Collection: Enhancing data gathering workflows by integrating Power Automate scripts -Data Management: Execute sophisticated Excel queries and employ Python scripting at an intermediate level to automate data collection processes, ensuring high-quality inputs for analysis. -Analytical Insights: Utilize advanced analytics to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, driving strategic decision-making within the production environment. -Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for intuitive real-time monitoring, reporting, and production insights. -Predictive Modeling: Develop predictive models using statistical methods to forecast production outcomes, identify potential bottlenecks, and provide proactive decision support. -Process Optimization: Analyze process data to recommend automated solutions that enhance operational KPI's (RT, FTQ, and scrap rate) -Quality Assurance: Implement real-time monitoring systems leveraging insights from data analytics to ensure regulatory compliance and detect deviations at first occurence -Database Management: Manage and manipulate production databases using SQL -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of production issues and implement data-driven solutions -Traine and mentored Production team leaders and Method Agents on data analysis techniques and best practices -Share and present the dashboards to high management -Lead and participating in weekly ,monthly and Logistics-Production meetings, -Act as interim of production manager for 2 months: In charge of all operationnal and directive decisions.
