Key Contributions: • Participated in building a machine learning model aimed at predicting the outbreak of COVID-19. • Crafted perspective regarding machine learning application which monitored mask-wearing at Taoyuan International Airport and reached an accuracy rate of 90%.

Research Assistant

• Recruited 400 subjects and mentored 5 research assistants for a designated case-control study in the third month after employment. Enhanced the attendance rate by 20% during the 3rd - 9th month of the study by following up with program participants every three months. • Analyzed 1200 entries over seven sites in Taiwan with MS Excel, MS Access, and SAS in the 3rd, 6th, and 9th months, data-visualized that subjects in the case group have higher cognitive function compared to the control arm.

Yueyue bookstore | Dec 2016 - Apr 2017

Art and Marketing Event Curator

My main duty in this role was to prepare the marketing events via the Facebook page, collaborate with artists by shelving their works or independent zines in the bookstore, and plan events that may match the monthly reading recommendation. Meanwhile, I was also attaining marketing success by setting a vending machine that brought stable income (around 300 USD monthly) for the bookstore. Key Contributions: • Succeeded in collaborating with Asian artists of different languages, such as Asian-American authors, Japanese musicians, Japanese and Korean zine artists.

My main duty in this role was to prepare the promotional marketing materials, label, regulatory review, and execute promotional marketing events for three brands in Taiwan which including Olay, Gillette, and Braun. Key Contributions: • Delivered proactive assistance with logistics for marketing events and campaigns which led to 30% sales in the seasonal promotion of Gillette in Taiwan.

SHIN KONG WU HO-SU MEMORIAL HOSPITAL | Sep 2014 - Jan 2015

During my internship in the Department of Quality Management, I collected satisfaction data from the ICU for the Hospital Accreditation and Resilience of Staff in Shin Kong Hospital project. Besides, I assisted with confidential data entry by using Excel and Access and administered the survey to patients and family members in the high-pressured emergency rooms. At the end of my internship, I provided suggestions to elevate the response rate from survey collection in the emergency room during the Quality Management section meeting.

Committing to my internship as a Pharmacy Operation Assistant, I assisted medicine inventory and management with logistics and controlled drug knowledge.
