Budget Reporting Coordinator - P&G Account

Key projects: -Succesfully coordinated 3 year-end closure for media budget of P&G which is one of the biggest media buying budget in Turkey. -Participated proof of performance digitalization process of the budget. Supervised the whole process from scratch to the end. -Focused on simplifying and improving the budget operation process. As a result, media and brand teams has better control over budget operations. Main responsibilities; - Coordinating P&G media buying budget operations, securing and improving the operation process - Monitoring, controlling and reporting spending process beginning from opening purchase orders to payments - Additionally coordinating P2P operations for Banabak, prima.com.tr and Kadınlarbilir budgets - Communicating with agencies/vendors and proceed monthly alignments - Checking proof of performance documents for all media spendings for all brands of P&G monthly and coordinating the validation process - Coordinating year-end closure process with media, finance, agency and P2P teams. - Assisting teams also for ad-hoc projects.
