Analysed and created SSAS tabular data cubes for various council areas. Created the model and reports for the ‘Heart Score’ initiative to boost the customer-centric approach within the council: multiple KPIs for each unit within the organisation. Analysed complaints management and created reports highlighting the trends and reasons for complaints. Analysed Pathway application, supplied multiple SQL ad-hoc reports. Created and deployed various SSIS ETL packages.

Modelled connection and rental fee tariffs including xDSL, Metro Ethernet, ATM services. The tariff schema for the connection fees of wholesale data services is still in use. Cost analysis and tariffs for various value added services including IP VPN, e- mail, data center services.
