Fulfilment Manager - Data & Analytics

1. Developed some integrated systems using (RDBMS) Relational Database Management System principles for 4 national big projects of dedicated warehouse clients using Google Spreadsheets and Google Script. 2. Organised the integration of data among some departments to improve the communication, reduce 20% the risk of data mistakes, and optimise operations through real time data update on a daily basis . 3. Led the management of data visualisations, dashboards, and reporting using Power BI & Looker Studio, focusing on operations fulfilment, to visualise useful insights for decision-making and speed up the process of analysing data about 30% with successfully reducing the number of complaints from about 60 complaints to 1 complaint per week. 4. Analysed operations data for detecting fraud, reducing cost, optimising operational with decreasing manpower turnover from 60% to under 5% and decreasing error fulfilment rate from 0.374% to 0.003% in one month. 5. Provided strategic advice to clients about fulfilment and demand supply planning, using my expertise to make operational processes better and increase overall efficiency, with successfully increasing customer satisfaction rate from 2.0 to 4.5 out of 5.0.
