Conduct closing sounding in shore tanks. 4. Computes for actual volume loaded onto shore tanks. II. Convoy Escort Monitors vessel during transfer from load port to discharge port. Conducts checking of position and sea passage so as to check for any irregularities. III. On-Board Operations Administrator of Vessel 1. Conducts continuous monitoring of fuel in vessel and prepares requisition of fuel to TWA depots and terminals. 2. Prepares costing data and other charter-related costs. 3. Monitors crew performance and recommends action based on observations noted. 4. Forwards vessel nomination and loading advise to concerned personnel. 5. Reports vessel location, status, and other updates to different concerned departments. 6. Prepares request for payment for reimbursement of vessel operations related costs. 7. Notifies concerned departments of any concerns pertaining to their operations in status of vessel is not favorable. 8. Notifies vessel owners of any concerns related to matters that are the responsibility of vessel owners. IV. Other duties and responsibilities are performed according to instructions of VP-Operations.
