•Examined 6 different multicriteria decision-making approaches to figure out the most suitable approach for the research goal which is the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). •Normalize the data collected with Python and used the TOPSIS method to process data that represent multiple aspects related to study experience, and produced integrated global city rankings for international students.

•Evaluated, strategized, and compiled module functions and attributes in the information management platform of Shenzhen Energy Conservation Online to facilitate the system upgrade and transformation. •Spearheaded and implemented the promotional campaign of the green airport for Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport by drafting event plans targeting more than 10,000 passengers a day average. •Collaborated with district government office and 10 affiliated street offices in launching one-week activities with energy conservation theme by coordinating executive staff, procuring, and distributing promotional materials.
