The PSA works to protect patients and the public through its oversight of health and care professional regulation across the UK. My responsibilities include developing policy positions and papers for senior staff and the Board; designing research briefs and commissioning research; sector monitoring and strategic planning; project management; drafting consultation responses and reports, and stakeholder engagement. I am also an active member of the organisation’s equality, diversity and inclusion working group.
