Here I was initially responsible for all the administrative work, including but not limited to regular & Adhoc documentation and reporting for key stakeholders, vendor contracts, and invoice tracking. The role required wearing multiple hats to keep things running in a fast-paced environment and it soon involved all HR responsibilities as well. Facilitated the implementation of a new HRIS and ATS (Greenhouse) and single-handedly supported the co-founders with hiring, including interview scheduling, reviewing job postings, offer letters, contracts, etc. while incorporating diversity and inclusion best practices. International, the organization offered a wide portfolio of customer experience, digital transformation, content moderation, IT lifecycle, advisory, and digital consulting. Here I worked collaboratively with a team in the LATAM Market, analyzing content flagged by both users and Artificial Intelligence in several social media platforms like Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram. The reviewing process was done following the client’s guidelines (Meta) and taking into account the socio-cultural context of the content providing ground truth monitoring for accuracy and helping to train AI-based systems for content & context-based moderation.
